Scope: Applies to all orders placed on the LIGPOWER website.

Order Processing: 1–2 business days.

Carriers & Methods: DHL/UPS express; in some destinations, registered partners (e.g., Yanwen) may perform last-mile delivery with trackable numbers.

Deliverable Regions: All regions except those listed below.

Restricted / High-risk Regions: Belarus, India, Taiwan, Ukraine, Iran, Russia, Tanzania, Yemen (subject to change).

Shipping Fees: Free shipping. Remote-area surcharges may apply per carrier policy.

Transit Time: 5–7 business days to US/EU/UK/CA/JP/KR; +3–5 days for remote areas. Delays may occur due to customs, severe weather, or peak seasons.

Dispatch & Tracking: We email your carrier and tracking number once shipped.

Damage/Loss: Contact onlinesales@ligpower.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order ID, photos, and tracking info. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after the carrier’s investigation.

Address Change / Refusal: Post-dispatch changes may incur fees; redelivery from incorrect address or refusal is buyer-borne.

Holidays & Peaks: Processing and transit may be longer during public holidays and global peak seasons.
